Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Opened or used items cannot be returned. To start a return, please contact us at molisquitoys@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before sending. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable Items
Custom or personalized items, beauty or personal care products, opened or used items, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
